Teachers keep a running list of small supply needs they don't have room for in the classroom budget. A quick, concrete way to help one classroom directly.

Givebacks
Shop and dine as you normally would. Create a free Givebacks account, select Olson PTA as your cause, link a card, and a percentage of what you spend at participating businesses comes back to the school automatically, no extra cost to you.
Box Tops for Education
Box Tops for Education
Download the Box Tops app, scan your grocery receipt within 14 days of shopping, and any participating products on it are automatically credited to Olson. If you shop at Walmart, you can link your Walmart and Box Tops accounts once and skip the scanning entirely.

Corporate Matching & Sponsorships
Many employers will match your donation dollar for dollar, or turn your volunteer hours into a cash gift, just check with your HR or benefits team, it's often a quick form.
Local businesses can also become an Olson sponsor, with their name featured on our website, Facebook, and newsletters in exchange for supporting our programs.
Become a PTA Member
Become a PTA Member
One of the easiest ways to support the Olson Elementary community is by becoming a member of the PTA. It's important, too! We need strong PTA membership for us to remain a PTA. Becoming a member does not mean you are required to attend meetings or volunteer. It does allow you to vote in meetings, stay more closely connected with your school community, and financially support your child's learning experience.
Dues are just $10 ($2.25 National PTA, $4.00 MN PTA, $3.75 to Olson), and membership also unlocks savings through pta.org on brands like AARP, Hertz, Staples, and MetLife.
