Provide leadership and direction to the PTA
Coordinate and preside over meetings
Liaise with school administration, staff, and community members
Oversee committees and delegate tasks
Represent the PTA in external events and activities
Support the President in their duties
Assume the President's responsibilities in their absence
Lead specific projects or initiatives as assigned
Assist in maintaining communication between the PTA and its members
Collaborate with other officers to ensure smooth operation of the PTA
Manage the financial affairs of the PTA
Maintain accurate records of income and expenses
Develop and present budgets for approval
Prepare financial reports for meetings
Coordinate fundraising activities and manage funds raised
Record minutes of PTA meetings and distribute them to members
Maintain official documents and records of the PTA
Handle correspondence and communications
Assist in scheduling meetings and events
Support other officers as needed
Social media coordinator
